Application process

What happens after you submit your application?

1 Receipt and confirmation

If you would like to send us your application, we would be glad to receive your complete application documents in PDF form. After your application has been received, a confirmation of receipt will be automatically sent to you.

2 Pre-selection and invitation to a personal interview

Your documents will then be checked by our HR team and the relevant departments. We need a little time to go through your application carefully. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible. If you are suitable, we will have a personal interview with you in Unterföhring near Munich. If you’re applying for our Siegburg site, the initial interview will be carried out there. Depending on the job profile, a telephone or video interview may also be conducted in advance. Participants in the personal interview are usually you, a HR manager and the direct manager for the position.

3 Further interview and employment

If the interview is positive, we may invite you to a second in-depth interview at our Unterföhring site near Munich. The focus here is on interdisciplinary topics as well as in-depth subject-specific discussion. In this second interview, you, a HR representative, the department manager, possibly other managers and a managing director will be present. If the application process has been successful for you and us and if all general conditions have been settled, we will be looking forward to having you join our team soon.
