The pleasant working atmosphere, my friendly colleagues and the respectful way everyone works together create an extremely productive working atmosphere. This makes it easy for me to motivate myself every day. In addition, I value Omnicare because everyone can contribute their own experiences and abilities to their job. I enjoy working in such a dynamically growing company, being able to actively participate in exciting and challenging projects.

As well as allowing me to deploy my existing knowledge, my daily work also means assuming real responsibility in exciting projects. This is really fun and highly motivating because it’s a win-win situation: I drive the vision of attaining the best-possible care for cancer patients forward, but I also get many opportunities to learn new things and improve myself. Omnicare’s agile pace and goals give me the feeling of being a doer, that I’m actively shaping the market.

We are a team of creative minds that uses the latest technologies to develop software for the ambulatory oncological sector. Everyone can contribute their ideas and visions and has joint responsibility for the products we develop. We are constantly confronted with new demands and technological challenges, and we tackle these together. This team spirit and our interesting work mean that every day when I go to work, I’m motivated and enthusiastic.

At Omnicare, I can 100% rely on my colleagues – everyone helps each other. Through my work in customer service, I am in close contact with our customers. I was able to get to know them personally at an event organized by Omnicare, which was a personal highlight for me.

I am motivated by the vision of Omnicare, as it’s something I can really identify with. I want to help people suffering from cancer to get the best-possible – and most humane – treatment, in the places where they live.
